Install script via Google Tag Manager

Log into Google Tag Manager

  1. Visit the Google Tag Manager website.
  2. Enter your login credentials.
  3. Choose the appropriate account and container for your website.

Create and Configure a New Tag

  1. In the Google Tag Manager dashboard, click on Tags in the left sidebar.
  2. Click the New button to create a new tag.
  3. Give your tag a clear and descriptive name, like "RB2B Script," for easy identification later.
  4. Click on Tag Configuration and select the type of tag you want to set up.
  5. Choose Custom HTML from the list of tag types.

Paste the Script

  1. In the HTML field that appears, paste the tracking script you’ve been provided.

Set the Trigger

  1. Click on Triggering below the HTML field.
  2. Choose the All Pages trigger to apply this tag to every page on your website. This is useful for scripts that need to run site-wide, like analytics or widgets.

Save the Tag and Publish Your Changes

  1. Click the Save button at the top right to save your tag.
  2. After saving, you'll return to the main workspace.
  3. To make the tag active on your site, click Submit in the top right corner of the Google Tag Manager dashboard.
  4. In the submission dialog, you can give your changes a name (e.g., "Added RB2B Script Tag") and add a description if you want.
  5. Click Publish to make the tag live on your website.
